  • 1st National Management & Corporate Fair (The Festival of Fusion 2016)

    The Department of Business Administration had organized 1st National Management & Corporate Fair branded as The Festival of Fusion 2016 on February 20th and 21st, 2016, with an objective of forming industry-academia association.  Our MBA students played pivotal roles as market research associates for various prominent corporate participants like Bengal Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Ltd., La Opala RG Ltd., State Bank of India, LIC Housing Finance Ltd., Business Economics etc.  Moreover, this festival was remarkable due to the revered association with Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of West Bengal, as well as The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), Kolkata Chapter, and an invited lecture titled as National Solar Mission – 100 GW Solar Power by 2022 by Dr. S. P. Gon Chaudhuri, former director of West Bengal Renewable Energy Development Agency added more colors to the festival.  Other notable events included inter-school and inter-college Quiz and Debate Competition along with fascinating cultural programs by our college students commemorating the International Mother Language Day on February 21, 2016.

  • SCOPE – The Managerial Skill Development Programme

    The Department conducts a managerial skill development programme for the students in the name of “SCOPE” on weekly basis, where the students are taught to perform role play, simulation, focus group discussion, confrontation meeting and other managerial exercises and at the later stage, the students also perform these activities.

  • The Festival of Fusion 2017

    The Department of Business Administration had organized the 2nd National Management & Corporate Fair branded as "The Festival of Fusion 2017" on 18th and 19th February 2017, with an objective of creating and strengthening the industry-institute association. Here the MBA students played vital roles in accommodating and facilitating the promotion of different prominent corporate houses like Ashok Leyland, Mahindra and Mahindra, New India Assurance, State Bank of India etc. Moreover, this auspicious occasion in the form of festival was truly remarkable because of the revered association with Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of West Bengal as well as The Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) Kolkata Chapter. Other significant events were inter-school and inter-college Quiz and Debate Competition along with fascinating cultural programs just on the verge of International Mother Language Day on 21st February 2017.


  • Job Fair

    The Department Business Administration organized a Job Fair on 28th April,2018 in the college premises. The objective of the job fair was to make an interface between the companies and the job seekers and thus providing them with employment opportunities. Here the job aspirants got the significant advantage of getting number of companies under the same roof. The gracious presence of the eminent companies like AEGIS Group, PAYTM, State Bank of India, Himalaya Global Holdings Limited, VAP Technology, Genpact, Cyber Swift, Bariza Swift Solutions, Sri Radhey INC, Life Pinnacle helped the fair to reach a significant height.  Moreover the job aspirants got the multiple opportunities to appear for interviews in the aforementioned organizations.
